We’re honored to welcome Erin Abel, a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist with a Master's in Traditional

Chinese Medicine and a specialty in women’s health, Erin weaves ancient wisdom with modern care.

 

During our Taurus New Moon Mini Retreat, Erin will be offering a unique integration of

acupuncture, inviting you into a state of deep restoration and energetic realignment.

60-Minute Sacred Women’s Circle & New Moon in Taurus Ritual

  • Set your intentions in sacred sisterhood. We’ll gather in circle to honor the Taurus New Moon with one deeply grounding ritual focused on stability, abundance, and self-worth.


60-Minute Yin Yoga Journey

  • Melt into long, supported poses that invite stillness and presence. This Taurus-themed practice will focus on the hips, legs, and lower back—the energetic home of grounding and security.

 

30-Minute Acupuncture/Yoga Nidra

  • Receive gentle acupuncture while resting in a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra guided meditation. Allow your body to drop into parasympathetic rest and receive energetic realignment.

 

30-Minute Sound Healing

  • Close the retreat with a healing sound bath to integrate your intentions. Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments soothe your nervous system and uplift your spirit.

 

This retreat is a beautiful gift to yourself and a reminder that slowing down is sacred

Yoga Sessions are drawn and influenced from the following styles:

  • Somatic Awareness: Encourages practitioners to connect with subtle sensations in the body, fostering mindfulness and body awareness.  (slow, mindful movements)

  • Yin/Restorative (slow, deep stretch – you won’t break a sweat)

  • Yoga Nidra Meditation

  • Meditation (learn to observe thoughts without judgments)

  • Hatha (active, more static posture holds)
