SiSTARs can expect a variety of experiences, including guided meditations, healing circles, uplifting conversations centered around theses of self-love, authenticity, and personal growth.
Wendy will encourage the energy of letting go of expectations and embrace our true selves in a non-judgmental and inclusive environment. Whether it’s through shared laughter, tears, or moments of deep reflection, each gathering is an opportunity for women to rediscover their inner wisdom, cultivate meaningful connections, and celebrate the beauty of sisterhood.

This gathering is a sacred space where women come together to uplift and support one another on our life journeys and our spiritual growth. It’s a time to nurture our spirits, cultivate meaningful connections, and embrace the power of sisterhood.
I invite you to pause for a moment and look at your life. I imagine that there are some wonderful parts of your life. And then there are other aspects which are less than desirable. You’ve attracted it all in. It’s just that the more negative aspects are coming from what’s unhealed (and no doubt unconscious) within you!

Every time we dance our energy centers, we heal a little. We heal the next layer that has been laying unresolved, unprocessed, unexpressed.
